Container Koala

How it works

We handle it start to finish

You tell us what you need. We find the container, arrange the truck and send one delivered price. You deal with one person the whole way.

A light grey 20 foot container on a gravel yard
  1. 1

    Tell us what you need

Your ZIP code, the size and grade you want (or "not sure"), door setup and a few questions about your drop spot. It takes about two minutes, and you can skip anything you haven't decided.

  2. 2

We line up a vetted depot near you

We don't own a container yard. We work with established container depots and the tilt-bed drivers who deliver from them. We check who has your size and grade near you, and match it to what you asked for.

  3. 3

    You get one delivered price

A person texts or emails you the exact price for the container delivered to your site, what's included and the delivery window. If the depot can send photos of the actual unit, we pass them on. Ask anything, change anything. No obligation.

  4. 4

    You approve, we schedule

When you say yes, we confirm the order, payment details and a delivery date with you directly. Nothing is ordered until you approve.

  5. 5

    Tilt-bed drop-off

The driver backs up to your spot, tilts the bed and slides the container off, doors facing the way you asked. Step inside, close the doors and check it over. If something isn't right, tell us and we deal with the depot so you don't have to.

Why a broker

Why not just call a depot yourself?

You can, and we'll never pretend otherwise. What we add:

  • One request instead of five calls. We check which depots near you have what you need, and we chase them so you don't have to.
  • Plain-language grades. We explain what "cargo-worthy" means for your use before you pay for it.
  • Delivery that fits your site. We ask the right questions about access up front, so the truck doesn't show up and leave.
  • Someone in your corner. If the box isn't what was described, we take it up with the depot.

Delivery

What the truck needs

Typical tilt-bed guidance. Every site is different; we check yours before we quote.

How a tilt-bed truck drops a container The truck bed tilts up at the cab end, the container slides off the back onto the ground, and the truck drives forward out from under it. It needs a long straight approach, room overhead and firm, level ground. No low wires or branches over the route or drop spot Straight, clear approach: about 60 to 100 ft for a 20ft, 100 to 150 ft for a 40ft The box rises as the bed tilts Firm, level ground
Typical guidance only. Every site is different, and the driver makes the final call on what is safe.
