Condition: new / one-trip
A one-trip container was manufactured, loaded with cargo for a single ocean voyage, unloaded, and sold. It has not spent years in service.
What to expect
- Clean, even paint and straight panels
- Doors that swing and seal easily
- A clean, dry floor
- Possibly a few small scuffs or scrapes from that one trip
What it isn't
- It is not showroom perfect: handling marks happen
- Exact paint color depends on what the depot has
Best for: Visible spots near the house, conversions and workshops, and anyone who wants the longest life. More on this grade.

Doors
This container has standard cargo doors: two swing doors at one end with lock rods, included in the price. Want something else? These are priced separately, depend on local stock, and are not part of the $5,095 price:
- Double doors (both ends): Cargo doors at both ends so you can reach everything without unloading from the back. Mostly built new, so it usually means one-trip pricing.
- Open side: One long side opens fully with folding doors, plus the normal end doors. Great for equipment and pallets. Built new, limited supply, priced well above a standard box.
- Modified or specialty (ask us): Roll-up doors, a personnel door, windows, vents, shelving, a lock box, paint or insulation. Tell us what you need and we will check what is possible near you.
Pick them in the order form and we quote the difference before you confirm.
Delivery: tilt-bed or flatbed
Delivery is a flat fee per container, the same for every address across the contiguous United States. We don't deliver to Alaska or Hawaii.
Tilt-bed delivery $595
The truck backs up to your spot, tilts its bed and drives forward so the container slides off onto the ground. You choose which way the doors face.
You need:
- A long, straight, clear approach: roughly 60 to 100 ft for a 20ft, 100 to 150 ft for a 40ft
- About 12 ft of width, and 14 to 16 ft of clear height over the drop spot (no low wires or branches)
- Firm, fairly level ground the truck can drive on
Flatbed delivery $595
A semi with a flat open trailer parks beside your spot and your forklift or crane lifts the container off. Best for businesses, farms and yards that already have the equipment, or tight sites a tilt-bed cannot reach.
You need:
- Unloading equipment on site and ready when the truck arrives: for a 20ft, a forklift rated for at least 15,000 lb with 6 ft or longer forks, or a crane; for a 40ft or 40ft high cube, a crane
- Room for a semi with a 48 to 53 ft trailer to pull in, park and leave
- Someone on site to unload. The driver does not unload, and waiting time past the first hour may be billed by the carrier
For this 40ft high cube: Same long approach as a 40 (roughly 100 to 150 ft). The taller box rises higher while the bed is tilted, so it needs a little more overhead room than a standard 40. Not sure your site works? Pick "Not sure" in the order form and we'll talk it through. How tilt-bed delivery works · Preparing the spot.
